Fabio Armano obtained a degree in Industrial Design at IED (European Institute of Design) in Milan, in 1995. Towards the end of his studies, Armano and fellow artist and student Bastiaan Arler created “Futura”, an innovative water management system for the bathroom.
Futura, developed in collaboration with Ideal Standard, participated in the famous “Golden Compass Youth” design competition in 1998 in Milan, Italy.
Futura has since been featured in major interior design magazines such as "The Bath" and "Grand Designs”.
